GAHWA
Coffee as it should be.
From the roast to the ritual.
The Situation
TAM Aerospace & Defense had four capabilities — engineering, MRO, parts, and logistics — each strong on its own. What they didn’t have was a way to be seen as one.
In a sector where trust is the product, four separate offerings read as four separate risks. The Kingdom needed a national partner, not a collection of vendors.
Science
Brand Foundation
We started with a question, not an answer: what does readiness actually mean to the people TAM serves?
The answer became the brand’s operating doctrine. A brand essence built on co-ownership of the mission. Four values — Precision as Policy, Reliability without Exception, Innovation with National Purpose, Partnership as a Force Multiplier. And a voice that speaks at three altitudes: to ministers, to procurement, to engineers.
One foundation. Three audiences. Never off-key.
Senses
Design & Development
Then we built what the market would feel.
A logotype drawn from the empennage — the tail assembly that gives an aircraft stability and control. A StarShip symbol that carries the same geometry as a compass. A color system where four subsidiaries each hold their own note, all in one key. Bilingual typography. Wayfinding. Signage. Co-branding protocols for partners like Boeing. Stationery. Dress codes. Even the cufflink.
One system, from the flight line to the boardroom.
The Proof
Gahwa now presents as one brand with one recognisable identity — a coffee that carries the original word, a mark that can travel on its own, and a cup system engineered so that every size and every colour combination still reads unmistakably as Gahwa. The G monogram does the work of a signature: on a sleeve, on a cup, on a beanie, it says coffee without saying anything else.
The brand system runs in print and digital, across every format the brand needs, without anyone having to reinterpret it. That was the point.
The result isn’t a logo. It’s a language.
The coffee that owns the word.
See it live:
The brand system in the real world. Coffee made visible, from the roast to the ritual.
